Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant Under the Hands and Seals of
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of London and
Libertys thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the fourth day of
July last Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of John Walker< no role > was removed from the Parish
of Saint Sepulchre London To the said Parish of Catherine Cree Church
London as the Plan of her last legall Settlement
