The Confession and
The Examination of Thos. Marshal< no role >

This Examinant Saith Some time in the Month of
November Instant he did buy of Christoper Hughes< no role >
a quantity of Red wood to the amount of twenty two
pounds weight and did pay him the said Christopher Hughes< no role >
for the Same at the Rate of two pence the pound
and that at the Same time he Bought of John Jones< no role > and
two other persons to this Examinant unknown thirty
pound More of Redwood at the price of two pence
the pound and that he sold the whose quantity
Intire as he bought it of the sd. Cristopher Hughes< no role >
John Jones< no role > & other two persons to Mr. Bedford a
Drugist in White chappell after the rate of
three pence the pound a further this Examinant
Saith that he did not know any of this redwood
which he so bough to be Stoln
