and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Catherine

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of two of his maties Justices of the Peace
for the City of London and Liberties thereof (one being of
the Quorum) bearing date the third day of December last
William Miles< no role > Elizabeth< no role > his wife and Wm< no role > their child aged
about five years were removed from the Parish of St.
Giles without Cripplegate London to the Sd Parish of St. Catherine
Creechurch London as the Place of their last Legal Settlemt.

Your Petrs conceiving themselves aggreived by
the Warrant & Judgment of the said two Justices
humbly appeal for relief.
