To the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Anthony
vulgarly St. Antholin London, and to the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of
the Parish of St. Thomas the Apostle
in the City of London respectively.

WHEREAS Complaint hath this Day been made
unto us two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this City, and the Liberties thereof (Quorum
unus) by You the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Anthony vulgarly St. Antholin
London, That Ann Watson< no role > a Singlewoman hath
lately Intruded herself into
your said Parish not having obtained any legal Settlement
there, and Is likely to become Chargeable thereto,
by Reason of Her great poverty
unless timely prevented,
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch
as it appears unto us by the Oath of the sd. Ann Watson< no role >
That she did about Seven years Agoe Live with Mrs
Sarah Lawrence< no role > a Widdow in the parish of St. Thomas
the Apostle in the City of London as a yearly hired by
Servant by the Space of One Year & a half at the yearly wages of
four pounds and Have
not obtain any subsequent Settlement. We the said
Justices are therefore of Opinon, and do adjudge the
last legal Settlement of the said Ann Watson< no role >
to be
in the said Parish of St. Thomas the Apostle in the
City of London and that thirtherto
She Ought by Law to be sent.

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to re-
quire You to remove and convey the said Ann Watson< no role >

from and out of your said Parish of St. Anthony vulgarly
St. Antholin in the City of London , to the said Parish of
St. Thomas the Apostle in the City of London
and her leave with
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or
one of them, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for Her according to Law. Hereof sail
not, and this shall be your Warrant. Given under our
Hands and Seals the 30th Day of November Anno
Domini [..] Annoq; Regni Regis Georgij adi. 6th :
