Whereas Compliant hath this Day been made
unto us two of his Majesty's justices of the
Peace for this City. and the Liberties thereof (Quorum
unus) by you Church-Wardens and Overseers of
poor of the Parish of St. Michaels at Queenhith
London, That Daniel Wakeham< no role > a Bodice Maker
hath lately Intruded himself into
your said Parish not having obtained any legal Settlement
there, and is likely to become Chargeable thereto,
by Reason of this great age poverty
unless timely prevented,
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch
as it appears unto us by the Oath of the sd. Daniel
Wakeham That he did about fifty years agoe
live with Mr. Henry Dobson< no role > a Bodice maker as an
Apprentice by Indentures, by the Space of five
years & upwards in the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone
London & have
not obtain any subsequent Settlement. We the said
Justices are therefore of Opinion, and do adjudge the
Last legal Settlement of the said Daniel Wakeham< no role >

in the said Parish of St. Mary Le bone London
