Legal Settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
the said

agoe he Lived as a yearly hired Servant for the Space of
a year and more, with Squire Miller at the year

Pounds, in the said parish of East Greewich in the County of Kent
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
Said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said John Osborne Ann his wife
her two Children as Above said
to be in the said parish of East Greenwich
in the County
of Kent
And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent
These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will and
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the said Parish of St. Andrew

forthwith to Remove and Covey the said John
Osborne Ann his Wife
and her two Children
from an out of your said Parish unto the said parish of Eats
Greenwich
in the County Kent
And them deliver unto the Churchwadens and Overseers
of the poor there or one of them Who is and hereby required
to Receive and provide for them according to Law. Given
