To the Right Worshippfull his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the
Citty of London in their general Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The hble pettition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Saint Peter Cheap London.

Sheweth


That by vertue of an Order or pass Warrant under the hands and
Seals of Francis Child< no role > Esqr , Lord Mayor of the Citty of London and
Six Richard Hopkins< no role > Knt . Two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the Citty of London (Quor Un) bearing date the 31st. day of March
Anno Dom 1732 John Willoughby< no role > Sarah< no role > his Wife and their Two
Children (vizt.) John< no role > aged about Four years and George< no role > Aged about
Eight Moneths were lately [..] removed from the Pish of
Allhallows on the Wall London unto the said parish of Saint Peter
Cheap London Alledgeing the said parish of Saint Peter Cheape
to be the place of their last Legall Settlement.

That your pettitioners conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Warrant or Order of the said
Two Justices Doe therefore Appeal to your
Worshipps therefrom and humbly pray that you
will be pleased to hear them in the premes and
Order that the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the poor of the said parish of Allhallows on the
Wall London may appear before you at a certains
day to be Appointed to hear and abide the Judgemt &
determination of your Worspps touching this Appeale

And your pettiotonars shall pray Etc.
