The humble Peticon and appeale of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the County of Middlx

Sheweth.

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of two of his for Majesties
Justices of the peace of the City of London (quor unus) bearing dixte
the Twenty first day of Aprill last Mathew Seeger< no role > was removed from
the parish of St Botolph without Aldersgate London to the Said parish
of St Giles without Cripplegate as the place of his last legall
Settlement

Your Petrs thinking themselves aggreived by the
Judgment of the Said two Justices of the peace and
appeale to this Court against the Same, and
humbly prays your Worps will be pleased to appoint
a day to hear & determine the Same
