Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us
this Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City an [..]
Liberties thereof (Quarum unus) by you the Church [..]
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Alhallows [..]
on the WallLondon that [..]
Willoughby Sarah< no role > his wife and their two [..]
vizt John< no role > aged about four years & George< no role > aged about
Eight months are
lately come to reside in your said parish not having obtaind any [..]
Legal Settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as if appears unto Us by the Oath of the
said John Willoughby< no role > that about 21 years age he was
a Yearly hired servant & lived upwards of twelve
months with one Zacharias New beery< no role > a Linnen drap [..]
in the parish of St. Peter Cheap London.
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
said Justices are for opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said John Willoughby< no role > Sarah his wife
and John & George their said two Children
to be in the said parish of St. Peter Cheap London.
And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

from and out of your said parish unto the said parish of St.
Peter Cheap London
And them deliver unto the Church wardens a Overseers
of the poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby [..]
to Receive and provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this 31st.dy of March
