the parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands &
Seales of the Rt. Honble. Francis Child< no role > Esqr . Lord Mayor of
the City of London and Sr. Richard Hopkins< no role > Knt . Alderman
Two of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the said City
(Quro Unus) bearing date the Twentieth day of December
Anno Dom. 1731 Timothy Hickes< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife & their Child
Anne< no role > Aged Fifteen Years were Removed from the parish
of St. Catherine Coleman London to the said parish of St.
Giles without Cripplegate As the place of the last legall
Settlement of the said Timothy Hickes< no role > and his family

That your Peticoners Conceive themselves
aggreived by the said Warrant or Order of
the said Two Justices and Humbly Appeale
against the same and therefore most
Humbly pray to be releived in ye prmises
As to this Honble. Court shall seem most
meet

And Your Peticoners as in Duty bound Shall Ever Pray Etc.
