Mr Tanner

These are to Certifye to you that the Female Bastard
Child is dead which was born about Five moths since of the Body of
Elizabeth Berry< no role > Singlewoman in the Parish of St. Sepulchers London and
that Thomas Eyres< no role > the Putative Father of the said Bastard Child
(who was bound over to Appear at the Sessions in October last to answer
the Complt of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
aforesaid Parish for begetting the said Bastard Child) hath made
full Satisfaction to me for the Charges of the Lying in and delivery of
the said Elizabeth Berry< no role > of the said Bastard Child and for all
other Charges and Expences for maintaining of the said Bastard
Child I desire therefore that he may be discharged from his
Recognizance Witness my hand this 4th of March 1731
