Who upon his Examination saith that He
had any other dealings with Elizabeth Smith< no role >
than the Entring up a Judgmt. in Tru [..]
Term 1729. For which she paid this Examint
Seventeen shillings. Being asked what [..]
the Consideration of the Note for ten Pounds
ten shillings Signed by Elizabeth Smith< no role > an
Payable to this Examt. He Saith that it
was to Satisfye the Charges which might
ensue upon the Judgmt. Being asked to
whom the sd. Judgmt. was Confessed and for
what Sum of Money. This Examt. saith it
was Confessed to James Gent< no role > with an [..]
to secure her Goods fromCollins beleives [..]
whom & Elizabeth there were disputes
Being asked whether Elizabeth Smith< no role > was
at that Time Indebted the Said Gent This
Examt. Saith she was about three pounds
for which said Elizabeth Smith< no role > had given
said Gent her Note And that the Warrant
of Attorney bears date the 6th. day of June
1729 Being asked who was present when

Pounds ten shillings he saith that He
