To the Right Honoble Sr. Peter Delme< no role > Knight
Lord Mayor of the City of London & to the
Worpfull the rest of his Majtys Justices of
the Peace for the said City & the Libties thereof
in their Generall Quarter Sessions assembled

The Humble Peticon & Appeale of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Peter in
Cheapside London

Sheweth,


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands & Seales of Two of His Majtys Justices of the Peace
for the said City of London & the Libties thereof (Quor
unus) bearing Date the Sixteenth Day of September last
past John Willoughby< no role > , Sarah< no role > his Wife & Sarah< no role > their
Daughter about five Months old, were removd from
the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate London unto
the said Parish of St. Peter in Cheapside London
aforesaid, alledging the said Parish of St. Peter in
Cheapside to be the Place of their last legall
Settlement.

Therefore your Peticoners Conceiving
themselves agreived by the said Order or
Warrant of the said Two Justices as aforesaid
Do humbly Appeale to your Lords & Worps
therefrom And humbly pray that yor. Lordp
& Worps will be pleased to hear them
concerning the Premisses And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
London may appear before you & hear and
abide the Judgment & Determinacon of your
Lordship & Worps touching this Appeale.

And yor. Peticoners shall ever pray Etc.
