The humble Peticon & Appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Anne Black fryers
London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seales of Two of His Majtys Justices of the
Peace for the said City of London the Libties thereof
(Quorum unus) bearing Date the first Day of June last
past, Thomas Hutchenson< no role > an Infant aged about
Six Years as removed from the Parish of St. Mary
Somersett London to the Parish of St. Anne Blackfryers
London aforesaid alledging the said Parish of St Anne
Black fryers to be the Place of his last legall
Settlement

That Your Peticoners Conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Warrant or Order of
the said Two Justices as aforesaid Do humbly
Appeale to your Lordship & Worps therefrom
And humbly pray that yor Lordship & Worps
will be pleased to hear them concerning
the Premisses And that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary
Somer Sett London may appear before you
& hear and abide the Judgment and
Determinacon of yor. Lord & Worps touching
this Appeale.
