Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Mary in the City of
Chester
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant under the Hands and Seals of two of his
Maties Justices of the peace within this City (Quorn unus) bearing date

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the Judgment of the sd two Justices humbly
Appeal to your Honours and Worps for relief
therein And pray Your Honour & Worps will hear
them in the prmisses and Order the Churchward-
ens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St
Dunstans in the West to Appear before you to hear
and abide the Judgment & determinacon of this
Court touching this their Appeal
