The humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St George on Botolph Lane London

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of Sr
Peter Delme< no role > Knt : and Lord Mayor of the City of London and
Sr George Merttin< no role > Knt :, two of his Majties: Justices of the peace
for the said City (Quor unus) bearing Date the 28th. day of July
last Katherine Stoner< no role > the Widdo : of Samuel Stoner< no role > deceas'd with their
five Children (vizt:) Mary< no role > aged Eight Years,Sarah< no role > Six Years
Samuel< no role > Three Years Francis< no role > two Years, and Katherine< no role > about
Six months were pass'd and Conveyed from the Parish of St
Andrew by the Wardrobe in the sd: City of London unto the said
Parish of St George in Botolph Lane as the place of their last
legall Settlement

That your Peticonrs: conceiving themselves Aggrieved
by the Order of the sd: two Justices, do therefore humbly Appeal
against the Same praying Such Relief in the Premisses as to
your Worships Judgment shall seem just
