The Humble Peticonr & Appeal
of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Deptford in the
County of Kent

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the hands and Seals of two of his Majtis
Justices of the Peace for the sd City of London
and the Libties thereof (Quor unus) bearing due
the first day of June last past Margret Curtis< no role >
and Alice< no role > her Child Aged about three Weeks was
removed from the Parish of Allhallows on the
Wall London to the Parish of Deptford aforesd
Alledging the said Parish of Deptford to be the
place of their last Legall Settlement

That Your Peticoner Conceiving themselves
agreived by the sd Order or Warrant of the
Old Two Justices as aforesd do Humbly
Appeal to your Lordship & Worships therefrom
And humbly may that your Lordships & Worp
will be pleased to hear them Concerning to
Premises And that he Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Alhallow on the
Wall London may Appear before Your & hear
& Abide the Judgment & determination of ye
Lordp & Worps touching this Appeal
