The humble Peticon & appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate London
Sheweth
That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands & Seals of
two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the City of London
(Quorn Unus) bearing date the 22d Day of November last
past

were removed
from the parish of St Mary Staining

the Parish of St Giles Cripplegate
-London as the Place of
their last legal Settlement
That your Petitionrs conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices
Do humbly appeal to your Honr and Worpps therefrom
And pray that your Hour. & Worpps will be pleased
to hear them in the prmisses and that the Church-
-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said parish
of St Mary Staining may appear at a certain Day
to hear and abide the Determinacon of your Honr
and Worpps touching this Appeal
