The humble Petition & Appeal of the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Sepulchres London
Sheweth
That by vertue of a Warrant bearing
date the eighth day of August last
under the hands and
Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the
City of London (one being of the Quorn), one

the wife
of
Richard Harwood< no role >
with
Bodenham< no role >
their Child aged nine weeks or thereabouts were
Removed from the parish of St. Faith under St. Pauls
London to the said parish of St. Sepulchre
London
adjudgeing the said parish to be the Place of the last
Legall Settlement of the said Anne Harwood and
Bodenham her Child
That your Petitioners humbly Conceive themselves
aggreived by the Judgement of the said two Justices
And do humbly appeal to your honour and
Worships therefrom and pray that the Church
wardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. Faith may be ordered to hear and abide the
Determination of this honourable Court touching
this appeal
And your Petitioners Shall ever Pray Etc
