The Humble Petition & Appeale of
the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St Mary
Woolnoth London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under ye.
Hands and Seales of Two of His Majtys Justices of the
Peace for the Said City of London & Libties thereof Quor
unus) bearing Date the Eleventh day of their Instant
April , Thomas Reason< no role > with Anne< no role > his Wife were
removed from the Parish of St Bartholomew the
Great London tothe Parish pf St Mary
Woolnoth London aforesaid alledging that of St.
Mary Woolnoth to be the Place of their last legall
Settlement

That your Peticoners concerning them
selves agrieved by the said Order or Warrant
of the said Two Justices Do humbly appeale
to your Lordship and Worships therefrom
And humbly pray That your Lordship and
Worps will be pleased to hear them
concering the Prmisses And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St Bartholomew the
Great London may appear before you
& hear of abide the Judgment & Determination
of your Lordp & Worps touching this
Appeale
