The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churhcwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of st. Bartholomew the great London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands & Seals of
two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the City of London (Quorn
Unus) bearing date the 24 Day of April last past Elizabeth Roberts< no role >
wife of William Roberts< no role > was removed from the parish of St. Andrew
Holborn London unto the parish of St. Bartholomew the great London
as the place of her last legal Settlement

That your Peter humbly comening themselves aggrieved
by the said warrant and Judgment of the said her Justices
do humbly Appeal to your Honr and Worpps there four
And pray that your Honr and Worpps will be pleased to
hear them in the Prmisces And Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Andrew
Holborn may appear before you and hear and abide the
Judgment and Determination of your Honr and Worpp
touching this Appeal
