Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order or Warrt under the hands &

of His Maties Justices of the Peace for the said City & Libties thereof
(Quon unus) bearing date the twentieth day of June Anno Dm 1723

about three years were removed from the Parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate
London to the Parish of St. Michael Bassieshaw
London
aforesaid alledging according to the Judgmt. of the said Justices the
said Parish of St. Michael Bassieshaw to be the Place of their last
legal settlement.
That Your Peticoners conceiving themselves aggreived
by the said Order or Warrt of the said two Justices Doe
humbly appeal to Your Lorp & Worps therefrom And
humbly pray they may be heard concerning the Pemisses
And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate London
may appear before You to hear & abide by the Judgment &
Determinacon of Your Lorp & Worps touching this Appeal.
And Your Petitoners shall ever pray Etc.
