Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Bartholomew the

Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and
Seals of two of his Maties Justices of two peace for the City of
London
(Quor Unus) bearing date the twelfth day of April instant

was removed from the parish of
St Giles without Cripplegate
London by the name of the parish of
Saint Giles Criplgt extra London
) unto the said Parish of St Bartholomew
the great
London alleadging the said parish to be the place of her
last legal Settlement
That your Petrs Conceiving themselves aggrieved by the
said Warrant order of the said two Justices Do humbly
appeal to your Honr and Worpps therefrom and pray That
your Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the
prmissed and that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of St Giles without Criplegate may appear
before you and hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of your Honr and Worpps touching this
appeal
And yor Petrs shall ever pray Etc.
