The Humble Petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St Andrew Undershaft London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seales of Two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
City of London & the Libties thereof (Quor unus) bearing Date the
Third Day of February last past, Mary Wright< no role > Widow with one
Child named Luke < no role > about Fifteen Months old were Removed from
the Parish of Alhallows on London Wall unto the said Parish of St.
Andrew Undershaft London , Alledging the said Parish of St Andrew
Undershaft he be the Place of their past legal Settlement.

That yor Peticoners Conceiving themselves agreived
by the said Order or Warrant of the said Two Justices, Do
appeale to yor Lord & Worps therefrom & humbly pray That
your Lordp & Worps with be pleased to hear them concerning
the Premisses, And that the Churchwarderns & Overseers of
the Poor of the Said Parish of Alhallows on London Wall
may appear before you, & hear and abide the Judgmt. &
Determination of yor Lordp & Worps touching this Appeal.
