his Maties. Justices of ye. peace for ye. sd. City of London
bearinge date ye: 15th. day of July 1720: [..] Mathew
Langton< no role > wth. Elizabeth< no role > his Wife & Two children (Vizt.) Matthew< no role >
aged about Three Yeares & John < no role > aged about fourteen Months
were removed from & out of ye. parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate : London, to ye. Sd parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch
therein Settingeforth that ye. Sd Mathew Langton< no role > dwelh in a
Lease hold Estate of a Eleven pounds P: amd. rent that he had
for a Longe Terme of Yeares in right of his wife in ye. sd parish
of St. Leonard Shoreditch ; being ye. place of his Last Legall Settlemt.

Your Petriconers findinge themselves agreved within the
Judgmt, of ye Sd Two Justices of ye. peace humbly
appeales to this Honable: Court against ye. sd. Warrant
and prayes that ye churchwardens & Overseers of ye.
poor of ye. sd. parish of St. Giles wthout: Cripplegate
may attend this Court to heare & abide Yr. Judgmt. &
determinacon of this Court touching ye. sd. appeale
they heaveing had due Notice of this Appeale
