now a Prisoner in the Fleet
as this Dept is Informed is Justly & bona
fide Indebted to this Dept. in the full & Just sume of Sixty pounds
& one Shilling for Wine sold by this Dept. to the said John Porter< no role >
And that he this Dept hathornot at any time heretofore received
any part or parcell thereof or any Satisfaccon for the same; but
the said sume of Sixty pounds & one Shilling is now Justly due &
oweing to this Dept. And this Dept further Saith that he verily beleives
that the said John Porter< no role >
hath not been a Close Prisoner in the
Fleet
according to the Direccons of the late Act of Parliament for
Dischargeing Insolvent Debtors And this Dept saith that the said

was never Arrested or Imprisoned at this Depts Suite
for the Said debt. to this Depts. knowledges or by his order.
