saith on Oath that lately five holland Pillow Bears & Six
Hugaback Nopkins [..] were feloniously
Stolen from out of the dwelling house of her said husband
and that she suspects and verily believes that Elizabeth
Walker< no role > the prisoner prsent did comitt the said Felony
For that the sd. prisoner was a Servt. to this Dept. and
that she this Dept. left her in her said house to
take Care of the Same and the Goods therein [..]
whilst she was absent in the Country And that at
her return she missed the [..] Goods above menconed
which at her depart are she left in her said house
and that the value of the Goods so Stolen is upwards of
[..] Twenty Shillings And this Deponent
further Saith that on or about the Twenty third day
of October last a Silver Snuff Box value about Thirty
five Shillings was likewise Stolen from out of her
Said house and that the verily believes that the said
prisoner did Steal the said Box for that when she
this Depont. went [..] to bed the left her
[..] pocketts on the dress wth [..] Silver Box therein in in the Hitching
and delivered another Silver Box to her sd. Servt. and that in the morning wanting her Box she called
to her sd. Servt. the prisoner now present to bring her
the Box. who then brought her Pocketts and the Box She gave her to keep with the other
things left with them except the Snuff box in ye pocket And that
when this Depont. went to bed to her said husband
she left no body in the room where the Box &
Pocketts were but the sd. prisoner nor was there
any other Pson in the house to this Deponents'.
