The Humble Peticon and Appeale of ye.
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Hellen London

Sheweth,

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of Two of His Majtys Justices
of the Peace for the said City of London & the Liberties
thereof (Quor unus) bearing Date the Sixteenth day of
June last past Elizabeth Burkett< no role > Wife of William Burkett< no role >
with her Three Children (vizt) William< no role > about Six years
Anne < no role > about Two Years and Edward < no role > four Months old
or thereabouts were removed from the Parish of St.
Botolph without Aldgate London unto the said Parish of
St. Hellen London , alledging the said Parish of St. Hellen
London to be the Place of their last Legall Settlment.

That Your Peticoners conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Order or Warrant of the said
Two Justices, Do humbly appeale to yor Lordship
& Worps therefrom, & pray that your Lordship
& Worships will be pleased to hear them
concering the Premisses, And that ye. Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
Botolph withoutAldgate London may
appear before you & hear & abide the Judgment
& Determinacon of yor Lords & Worps touching this
Appealer
