That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under the hands & Seals of
his Maties Justices of the Peace for the City of London

were removed
from the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate
London unto the said
Parish of St Michael Bassishaw
as the Place of their last legal
Settlement
That your Petr doubt not but to prove that the said Matthew
Langton< no role >
never had any legal Settlement in the said parish
of St. Michael Bassishaw
whereby they conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant and judgment of the said
two Justices and do humbly Appeal to your Honr and
Worpps therefrom
Your Petr therefore most humbly Pray your
Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the
Prmisses and that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate
may appear before you and hear and
abide the Judgment & determination of your
Honr and Worpps touching this Appeal
