that He came from Mr. Attorney General to acquaint this Deponent
that He cou'd not part with any of the Said Libells they being
the Kings Evidence without an Order from above And this
Dept further Saith That He this Dept on thursday the Nine &
twentieth day of October instant did leave with Mr Attorney
Generals Clerk at Mr Attorney's said Chamber And did
the same day personally serve the sd Mr. Paxton with
Notice in writing purporting That the Deft. intended to
move the Court of Oyer & Terminer & Generall Goal
Delivery at the Old Baily as this day or as soon after as
Council could be heard that the sd Defts. Tryall may be
put of till the next Sessions
