maketh Oath That on the Tenth Day of this instant
October he delivered a true Coppy of the Notice hereunto
annexed in person with Mrs Hopkinson in Gravel lane near
Shadwell Church and as the owned wido and relict of
Joseph Hopkinson< no role > mariner lately deced And this
Deponent further maketh Oath That last night in the
Evening and also this morning he acquainted Mr
Jefferies Solr for the said Mrs Hopkinson the prosecutor
that the Deft Gerrard King would appear this day
at such time as the Court Should be at leisure to hear
the recogn of the sd Gerrard King in order to be
discharged from his Recognizance and to abide any
order as the Court Should make
