Wapping in the County of Middlesex Haberdasher of
Hatts Maketh oath that Thomas Hutchinson< no role > the
defendant in this Cause on or about the Seventeenth
Day of March, Last sold this Deponent in his own
Shop in Wapping aforesaid That he was shipped Male
on Board the ship called the Mary of which Mr
Benjamin Crow< no role > was then Master some time before
the Warrant for his Appearance at this Sessions was
served upon him and that he was obligd to go and
should let Sail That every Day for Norway in the
Kingdom of Denmark or Words to that Effect And
this deponent further Saith that he verily believes
the said Thomas Hutchinson< no role > Did then begin his said
intended Voyage and that he is not yet Returned he
this Deponent having neither seen or heard of him
since
