This Examinant saith (on Oath) That on Good Friday last she
was setting with Oysters near Temple Barr; & there came to her one John
Nash< no role > & bought of her some Oysters, & asset her to go & Drink, which they did at
an Alehouse hardly. & afterwards they went together, towards Water lane
& went together to Drink in & House of Thomas Cass< no role > . Where ye sd John Nash< no role >
Meterded to Mary her & sent & sett [..] a Ring, cast 22s: & came back to ye house
of ye sd. Cass wth one Mary white< no role > & Margaret Biles< no role > , & there they
plyed ye said John Nash< no role > with Beer & Strong Waters till he was Drunk
& when the 3d May white & Margarett Biles had made him Drunk
he took his bag out of his Pockett to pay ye rechoning, & Margarett
Biles struck some of ye Money out of his hands, & pickt up she Ring he had
Bought & a Guinea & a peece or two mere, & went down stairs with it
Mary white< no role > who was all she time is ye Room called to bring her up
a Knife which was brott her, & she ye sd Mary White< no role > , cutt down his
Breeches to see if he had more Money is his Pocketts, that before
of Breeches were outt Mary White< no role > forced ye bag out of John Nash< no role >
hand & putt it in her Pockett; that when this Deponent came
down into ye Kitchin [..] white shewed her Six of ye Guinea
she had taken from ye sd Nash: she saith further ye Mary white< no role >
seemed to putt something two her become but she knews not what
it was; & yt Mary White< no role > gave her ye sd Eleanor Price< no role > three Guinea
of it & ye Ring for her share, & yt Mary White< no role > ye day afterwards took
fifteen shill from her, that Margaret Biles had ye aforesaid One
Guinea for her shall & further she saith yt Thomas Cass< no role > & Mary
White< no role > took up Nash [..] between them & carried him out of
Doors & said him down is an Ally & their left him
