The humble Petition & Appeal of ye ChurchWardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Pish of St Ann within
Aldersgate.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands & Seals of two of his
Matys Justices of the peace within this City (Quon unus) bearing Date
the Nineteenth day of February last past Martha Floyd< no role > Singlewoman
was sent by the Church Wardens & Overseers of ye poor of ye Parish of
St Giles without Cripplegate in to the sd Parish of St Ann within
Aldersgate Alleadging the sd Pish to be the place of her last Legal
Settlement.

That Your Petrs therefore conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant and Judgment of he said two Justices
and do humbly Appeal to Your Honr & Worships
therefrom

Your Petitionrs therefore most
humbly pray Your Honr & Worps will
be pleas'd to hear them in the premisses
and Order that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St
Giles without Cripplgte may Appear
before You and hear and abide the
Determinacon of Your Honr & Worps
touching this Appeal.
