The humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of Christ Church London.

Humbly Sheweth

That Mitchell Wheeler< no role > wife of John Wheeler< no role > and her Two
Children were by Order under the hands and Seals of two of his
Majties Justices of the peace of the said City bearing date the
Twenty third November last removed from the parish of St.
Sepulchres London to the said Parish of Christ Church as the
place of their legal Settlement.

That your Peticonr. humbly conceivethatthey
can make it Appear to this Court that the last legal Settlement
of the said Mitchell Wheeler< no role > and her Children is not in the
said parish of Christ Church .

Your Peticonrs. therefore humbly pray
this Court will please to hear their
said Appeal.
