The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Peter near Pauls
Wharfe London.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of his
Matys Justices of the peace within this City (one being of the Quox)
bearing Date the Eighth Day of May last past one Mary Jones< no role >
was removed from the Parish of St Mary Magdalen in Old Fish
Street London unto the Said Parish of St Peter near Pauls Wharfe
Alleadging the said Parish to be the place of her last Legall Settlement.

That Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by
the sd Warrant and Judgment of the Said two Justices and
do most humbly Appeal to your Honour and Worps
therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly pray your Honour & Worps will
be pleased to hear them in the prmisses
and that the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the sd parish of St Mary
Mary Magdalen Old fish Street may
Appear before You and hear & abide
the Determinacon of your Honour
& Worps touching this Appeal.
