The humble Petition and Appeal of the ChurchWardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Mary Abchurch London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the hands & Seals of
two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the City of London bearing
date the 22d Day of December last past

Widdow
was removed from the parish of Allhallows the great
London unto the
said Parish of St Mary Abchurch
London Alleadging the said Parish
to be the place of her last legal Settlement.
That Your Petitionrs doubt not but to prove That the said Mary
Scavington< no role >
never had any legal Settlement in the parish
of St. Mary Abchurch
London whereby the conceive themselves
aggreived by the said Warrant and Judgment of the said two
Justices and do humbly appeal to your Honr and Worpps
therefrom
Your Petrs. therefore most humbly pray Honr:
and Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses
And that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of Allhallows the great may
appear before you and hear and abide the Determinacon
of your Honr & Worpps touching this Appeal.
