The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St Katherine Creedchurch

Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant or Pass Order under the hands & Seals of two of
his Maties Justices of the peace for the said City (one being of the Quond) bearing
date the 27th Day of March last past

London unto the said Parish of St Katherine
Creedchurch
alleadging the said Parish to be the Place of their last legal
Settlement
That Your Petitionrs doubt not but to prove that the said Thomas

with his wife and three Children nor the said Rachaell his< no role >
Daughter in Law
never had any legall Settlement in the sd
Parish of St Katherine Creedchurch
whereby they conceive
themselves aggrieved by the said Warrant and Judgment of
the said two Justices And do humbly Appeal to your Honr
and Worpps therefrom
Your Petitionrs therefore most humbly pray that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said Prcinet
of White Fryers may Appear before you to hear and
abide the determination of your Honr: and Worpps
touching this Appeal
