That by vertue of a Warrant under the hands and
Seals of two of his Matys Justices of the peace within this City Quox
unus) bearing Date the Thirteenth day of March last One Isabella
Gibson< no role > Widdow of Ralph Gibson< no role > deced was sent and delivered by the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Botolph
without Algate London, Unto the Sd Parish of St Andrew Undershaft
Aleadging the Sd Parish to be the place of her last Legall Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves
agriev'd by the Sd Warrant and Judgment of the Said
two Justices and do most humbly Appeal to Your
Worrps therefrom

Your Petitioners most humbly
pray your honour and Worrps will be
pleasd to hear them in the Premisses and
Order that the Church Wardens And
Overseers of the poor of the Sd parish
of St Botolph without Aldgate may
appear before you and hear and abide
the Determinacon of your honour and
Worrps touching this Appeal
