your said parish having no legall settlement therein and is likely to
be come chargeable thereto unless timely removed And for as much as
it appeareth unto Us the said Justices that the said Complaint is true And
it likewise appearing unto Us by Examining

appearing We do therefore adjudge the said parish of St Helen near

London to be the place of the last legall settlement of

deliver to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St Helen near Bishopsgate
in London who are hereby
required to receive and provide for them according to Law
