The humble peticion and Appeale of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of ther Parish of St Sepulchers London .

Sheweth

That one Eleanor Harris< no role > by vertue of Warrt.
under the hands and seals of two of his Maties. Justices of the peace
with in the City of London (one being of the Quorn) bearing date the
Tenth day of May now last past, was removed from the Parish of
St Andrew Holborne London to the parish of St Sepluchres London
alleading the said parish is the place of the last legall Settlement
of the said Eleanor Harris< no role > .

that yor, Petrs. Doubt not prove that the said Eleanor Harris< no role > had noe
legall Settlement in the said Parish of St Sepulchres London
whereby they Conceive themselves aggreived by the Judgemt. of the
said two Justices, And doe humbly appeale to yor. Honor. and
Worps. thereupon

Yor. Peticoner therefore humbly pray yor, Honor.
and Worps. will be pleased to here them in the prmisses
and order the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of St Andrew Holborne London to hear &
abide the Determinacon of yor. honoble. & worps. touching
this Appeale.
