Complaint being this Day made unto us Two of His Matyes
Justices of the Peace for this City & ye Libties thereof (Quor un)
by you & Churchwardens & Overseers of ye. Poor of ye Parish of
St. Botolph without aldgate London, That one Issabella
Gibson< no role > Widow of Ralph Gibson< no role > Deced is lately come into
your Said Parish not having obtained any legall Settlemt.
there and is likely to become Chargeable thereto unless
timely prevented and forasmuch as it appears unto at by the
Oath of the said Issabella Gibson< no role > That upwards of Forty years
ago her said Husband Served the Two last years of his Appentiship
with one Mr. William Lewis< no role > a cloth Drawer in St. Mary ax
in the Parish of St. Andrew Undershaft London and had not
by any means whatsoever obtained any other legal Settlemt.
Since Wede therefore adjudge the last legall Settlemt. of
ye Sd. Issabella Gibson< no role > to be in ye Parish of St. Andrew Undershaft
and that hither to She ought by Law to be sent.

who are hereby Required to receive & provide for her
according to Law Hereof faile not and this shall be yor
