The humble Peticon and Prayer of
Mary Barnaby< no role > als Saunders< no role >

Humbly Sheweth


Thal your Peticonr. now lye's in the [..]
Compten being Charged by William Bryan< no role > upon
Suspicion of stealing a Ring a pair of Silver Spurrs
and a Silver Snuff Rose.

That She hath lain in Prison over since the ninth
day of March last in a very miserable Condicon and is
innocent of the fact with which she is Charged.

Yor. Peticonr. therefore humbly
Pray's this honble. Court will be pleased
to order her to be brought upon her
Fryall this Sessions or admitted to
Bail according to a late Act of
Parliament Comonly called the
Habeas Corpus Act.

And Yor. Peticonr. shall ever Pray Etc.
