mdorseing this Deponts name on the back of two notes
each for fifty pounds which Indictments are found by
the Grand Jury & this Depont sayeth thatthatbe
is not ready to try the sd Indictment or either of
there this Day for that one Cooper who is one of
this Deponts wittnesses in this cause resides at A
place neere nine miles from this towne called
Wruchmore
Nill & severall other this Deponts wittnesses
in this cause are dispersed in sedall places for that
this Depont cannot give then notice to attemt the
tryall of this cause this Day
