The humble petition and appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Allhallows
on the Wall

Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant under his hands and Seals of two of her
Majesties Justices of the peace
within this City one (being of the Quorn)
bearing date the Thirteenth day of February last past One

a Girl aged thirteen years was removed from the parish of St
Peter
poor London unto the parish of St. Alllia cows the wall London
Alleadying the said parish to be the place of the last legal Settlement
of the and

That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove that the said
Sarah Ball< no role >
never had any legal Settlement in the said
Parish of St. Alllhallows the Wall whereby they conceive
themselves aggreived by the said Warrant and Judgment of
the said two Justices and do humbly appeale to your Honr and
Worpps therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly Pray your
Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear them in
the prmisses and that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St poser
poor may appeare before you and hear and abide
the determination of your Honr and Worpps touching
this Appeale
