Compt being This day made unto us, whose hands and
seals are hereunto sett Two of her Majesties Justices
of the peace for this Citty & Liberties thereof (Quorun)
by you the Churchwardens & overseers for the poore of
the parrish of St Stephen Coleman< no role > street London: That
Sarah Rand, wch. Martha Rand< no role > her daughter aged
about nine years; And Edward Rand her son above
one year & half old ware come into your parfish, &
are become chargeable thereunto: And for as much
as it appears unto us this & Justices upon the Oath
of the sd. Sarah Rand< no role > , that Job Rand< no role > her husb-
-and served Wm. Rand< no role > his father as an apprentice:
whoe was then an inhabitane in the parrish of St.
Mary Magderlen in Milk street , Since hath noe
obtaynd any other Settlement: Wee doe therefore
adjudge the sd. parrish of St. Mary Magdalen
in Milk street to be the Legall Settlement of the
St. Sarah Rand, & her two Children

These are therefore in her Majesties name requiring
you the Churchwardens & Overseers for the poore of the
parrish of St. Stephen Coleman street London forthwith
upon sight hereof to convey the sd. Sarah Rand< no role > and
her Two Children, into the parrish of St. Mary Magdat.
in Milkstreet, deliverring them to the Churchwardens &
Overseers thereof, or some one of them: Whoe are hereby
required, to find, & provide for according to Law: Hereof
faile not at your perrills. Given under our hands and
Seals this twenty seaventh day of May 1713
