Complaint being this day made unto us Two of Her Maties
Justices of the peace for this City & Libties thereof (Quorum)
by you ye. Churchwardens & Overseers of ye. Poor of ye. Parish
of St. Botolph without aldersgate London, That one Mary
Guillard< no role > Widow , of Clandine Guillard< no role > , deceased, is lately nine
into your said Parish, not having obtained any legall
Settlement there, and is liberty to become chargeable thereto
unless timely prevented. and for as much as It appears unto the
by the Oath of the said Mary Grillard< no role > , That about six
years ago her said husband gived at Hoxton in the Parish
of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex where he rented an
house att Thirty pounds p Ann Rent, and had not by any
[..] means obtained any other settlement since, wee do
therefore adjudged the present legall Settlement of the said
Mary Guillard to be in the said parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the
said County of Middlesex , and that thither she ought by
Law to be Sent.

These are therefore in Her Maties Name to Require you ye. Church
Wardens and overseers of ye. poor of ye. Parish of St. Botolph without aldersgate
London forthwith to remove, & convey ye. said Mary Guillard< no role > , from, & out of your
said Parish, to ye. Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middx.
& her leave with the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there, or one of
them, who are hereby required to receive and pvide for her according to
Law, Hereof faile not and this Shall be your Warrt. Given under our
hands & Seales the 8th. day of June 1713.
