The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Mary Magdalen
Milkstreet
London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and seals of two of her
Maties Justices of the Peace
within this City (one being of the Quom)
bearing date Seven and twentieth day of May last One
Sarah Rand< no role >
with her two Children
Martha Rand< no role >
and
Edward Rand< no role >
were removed
from the parish of St Stephen
Colemanstreet London unto the said
Parish of St Mary Magdalen
Milkstreet
alleadging the said parish
to be the place of her last legall settlement
That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove that the said
Sarah Rand< no role >
never had any legall settlement in the said
Parish of St Mary Magdalen
Milkstreet
whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggreived by the said
Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices and do
humbly Appeal to your Honr and Worpps therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly
Pray your Honr and Worpps will be pleased
to hear them in the prmisses and that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said parish of St Stephen

may appear before
you and hear and abide the determinacon
of your Honr and Worpps touching
this appeale
