The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Peters
Pauls Wharf

That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands & seals of two of her Maties
Justices of the peace
within this City (one being of the Quoru) bearing date
the Sixteenth day of April last past One

his wife
with their two Daughters

and
Ann< no role >
were removed
from the parish of St Michael
Queenhith
London unto the said
parish of St. Peter Pauls Wharf alleadging the said parish to be the
place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Robert Browne< no role >
That your Petitionr doubt not but to prove thatyouthe said
Robert Browne< no role >
never had any legall Settlement in the
Said parish of St. Peter Pauls wharf
whereby they conceive
themselves aggreived by the said Warrant and Judgment
of the said two Justices and do humbly appeal to your Honr
and Worpps therefrom
Your Petitionr therefore most humbly Pray your
Honr: and Worpps will be pleased to hear them
them in the Prmisses and that the Churchwardens
and overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St Michael

you and hear and abide the determination of
your Honr: and Worpps touching this appeal
