the humble petition and appeale of the Chur-
ch wardens and overseers of the parish of
trinity parish London

Sheweth

That moses greenaway< no role > and his wife and three Children
by virtue of a warrant under the hands and Seals
of two of her majesties Justices of the peace within
this City one being of the Quom bearing date the
thirtenth day of october 1712 was removed from the
parish of St Michael at Gnern London into the
Said parrish of trinity London aleadging ye said parrish
to be the plane of ye Last legall Settlement of the said
moses green away wife and Children

That your petitioners doupt not but to prove that
the said moses greenaway< no role > wife and Children
never had any legall Settlement in ye said parishes
of trinity whereby they conceive themselves
agrevied by ye said warrant and Judgment of the
Said two Justices do humbly appeal to your Hoard
and worships therefrom

Your Petitioners therfore most humbly pray your
Honr. and worpps will be pleased to hear them in
the premesses and that the owersers of the said pari [..]
of St. Michael at Quern may appear before your
Honrs: and worpps touching this appeale
